Service Hours: 6; Cumulative Hours: 6 I had the pleasure of volunteering at the Po-Boy Festival with Catherine and Faisal! We were stationed at the merchandise booth and spent time selling t-shirts, hats, sweatshirts, and posters to an enthusiastic crowd of locals and visitors. What made this experience so rewarding was the incredible sense of community and the chance to engage with people who share a love for New Orleans and its vibrant culture. My first month in Tulane's Pharmacology program has gone by so quickly. Every day, I wake up excited to learn. Between engaging coursework, supportive classmates and professors, this experience has exceeded my expectations in every way. Each course offers something new, and I look forward to every class. Whether it's learning about drug interactions, pharmacokinetics, or the molecular biology of disease, every subject is relevant and connected to real-world applications.  One of the most exciting aspects of my journey in the Pharmacology program has been the opportunity to deepen my understanding of cellular mechanisms. The intricate processes that occur within our cells and their influence on drug efficacy are truly fascinating. The idea that a single molecular pathway can have such a profound impact on the entire body is mind-blowing. I can't wait to explore more of these intricate details in future classes, and my anticipation for what's to come fuels my enthusiasm f
